We were again well represented at this event with finalists in 4 different categories, Best Junior Team (Our Compound Team), Disability Sports Performer of the Year (Phoebe Pine), Young Sports Personality of the Year (Tom Howse) & Coach of the Year (Dave Sandles).
Our congratulations go to all of them, just getting to the finals is amazing as the standards in Gloucestershire are so high!
Tom Howse landed the Young Sports Personality of the Year and received the Award from Sir Geoff Hurst MBE.
The good news did not stop there as our table of 12 (10 Deer Park) which luckily included 2 very knowledgeable players from the rugby world won the evening quiz and received 2 bottles of champagne and a free round of drinks to finish off another special evening!
We need to record our congratulations to all the winners and finalists and our thanks to the Gloucestershire Media Group for organizing such a great event!
