Results and Records
Please send your tournament results to Steve via email (email@example.com) as soon as possible after any events you participate in. Steve, updates records on a weekly basis. We do not publish Club Records preferring to use the County, Regional & National records as a useful measure.
We do encourage all members to compete as it is the best environment to record scores. We try to recreate that environment with many club target days which create the same environment as formal record status competitions. Make a note of your Personal Bests as ultimately that is a good measure of gauging improvement and we know that an archers greatest competition comes from themselves.
GB Archery Awards and Archer Classifications
Details of awards can be found on the Archery GB Website (http://www.archerygb.org/support/services/awards/index.php)
All classifications upto and including Bowmen can be ratified by the club. Archers achieving Master Bowmen (MB) or Grand Master Bowmen (GMB) scores over 3 competitions in the same season will need to submit their scores for ratification by Archery GB. Details on how to do this can be found on the Archery GB website (http://www.archerygb.org/support/services/awards/claim.php)
