Indoor Achievement Awards

The Indoor Achievement Award is designed to help members practice their shooting during the indoor season and recognise their improvements/achievements.  It can be used as an easy introduction to competing in tournaments at a later date.

Awards can be gained at all indoor practice venues (Balcarras, GL1, Kingshill and the Club Training Centre), also at Club Target Days, Formal Record Status Tournaments etc. All score sheets, information relating to rules, rounds, scores etc are accessible at every venue. Completed records can be left in the relevant folder again available at all venues.

ALL scores have to be recorded by someone else other than the archer and endorsed accordingly. Metal badges/ certificates will be issued as appropriate.

Please ask Karen Macey  (Organiser and results) for further information.

Members should note that they also need to inform Peter Sisson who is in charge of the end of season team competition to inform their handicap score. Also for formal full rounds, ensure our Records Officer Mark Colenutt has all the relevant information.

Link to the Indoor Awards below, so you can see how you are progressing. To gain a certificate you need to have achieved three scores for the relevant colour. Please see the instructions in the Black bag during a practice session, so you can note the score you need to achieve for each level.
