Metric Rounds

An “Archery Round” is term used to define the type of tournament that is being held.  It will define the distances archers shot at, the number of arrows and ends shot.  The tables that follow list the rounds and the details of each.  Imperial Rounds are measured in yrds whilst Metric rounds are measured in metres.  Scoring is also different and more details on this can be found here.  The numbers shown against each distance shows number of arrows (in dozens) per distance (in metres).

E.g. A FITA round for Senior Gentleman is 3 dozen arrows at 90m, 3 dozen arrows at 70m, 3 dozen arrows at 50m and 3 dozen arrows at 30m.
