A World Record (subject to ratification) for Steve Prowse from Wolverhampton Company of Archers in the Visually Impaired Category was one of the highlights of a great day.!
This was our first World Record Status Shoot and also offered British Record and Non Record Status Rounds to ensure we offered archers of all abilities a chance to compete.
Stuart Rodgers from Louth & District and Deborah Lee Wright from Pemberton Maid Marrions won the other Visually Impaired sections.
It turned out to be another fantastic day and a celebration of our inclusive sport!
Our thanks must go to the Worshipful Company of Fletchers who again sponsored this tournament and without that support this important event would not take place.
We had 9 Vi archers competing during the day. The afternoon session was full and the morning session well attended.
Thank you to the Enham Trust Archers for joining us and well done to them all.
Top scoring Recurves were Nicola Cramb for the Ladies and Molly Peters Junior Ladies both from Deer Park. For the Gents Sean Evans 576 from Cheltenham & junior Louis Perkins 572 from Silverspoon Bowmen.

Also thanks to Wales Archery for providing the target faces.
We have just submitted applications to run a further 9 Tournaments over the next 18 months which are a mixture of World & UK Record Status indoor and outdoor events in addition to our club target days!
