Our Compounds and Longbows had an excellent day at the British Indoor Championships taking place at Stoneleigh Park Warwickshire.
In the Ladies Compound Deer Park took 3 of the 4 semi-final places with Ella Gibson beating Grace Chappell in the Gold Medal Match and Phoebe Pine MBE losing narrowly in the Bronze Medal Match.
In the Mens Longbow Graham Peters fought his way to the final, eventually winning Silver and Kevin Macey, who had lost his semi-final match in a one arrow shoot off, going on to secure the Bronze.

These successes propelled us to the top of the medal standings, even ahead of the teams from the 4 home countries!

We have a sizeable team competing in the Junior Indoor Championships on Sunday, including 3 representing England. Good luck and enjoy the experience!
Winter Field League in full flow!
Following 3 half days of competition the 3 divisions have been set, early leaders are Paul Honour in Division 1, Liz Dalton in Division 2 and Julian Kellett in Division 3. Guests can enter at any stage and enjoy a wonderful course.
A new platform was used for the first time.

County Junior Indoor Championships a success
Well done to all the juniors from across the county that made this tournament such a success. The event ran like clockwork, the judging was excellent and the very short time taken to announce the results was appreciated by all. Deer Park again finished top of the medal table but the real winners were all of the juniors that enjoyed another great County day!
