Saturday morning sees a home fixture with Tockington Archers in the Annual Ontarget Competition. A parallel longbow competition has also been arranged to take place at the same time. A buffet for our guests will be provided at the end of the competition.

In the afternoon 18 of our members are taking part in the round table Swimathon raising funds for their chosen charity and for the club’s coach development programme.
Our 2017 Swimathon Team, 2 teams this year as part of our fundraising initiative.
The Practice Session at the Ground has been extended and will include a cake bake and sell fundraising session for a cancer charity.
Sunday sees the conclusion of our Level 1 Coaching Course with assessments taking place throughout the day. A Restricted practice session and from mid-morning until mid-evening programmed archer/coach sessions with our guest coach Michael Peart.
GB selection for Antalya (Turkey) 2018 Hyundai Archery World Cup Team
We are delighted to announce that 2 of our members have been selected for the tournament running from the 18th – 25th May. Well done to Lucy Mason and Sarah Bettles!
Gloucestershire County Field Championships
Following the running of our first field archery mini league over last winter, we are now hosting the County Field Championships and it will take place on the 9th June.
Going to be busy designing and installing the course, so volunteers are being sought to assist.

Safeguarding Course
Next week sees 20 of our coaches attending an Archery GB funded Sport England recognised Safeguarding Course that was recommended during our successful ClubMark Re-Accreditation Process.
