Firstly, thank you to Archery GB for putting on a great event, we had 20 members competing over the 2 days. Well done to everyone for representing our Club, which in addition to all the competition enjoyed and experience gained, produced a medal hall over the weekend of;
3 Golds – Ryan Faulkner, Grace Curran, Ella Gibson
3 Silver – Emily Summers (2), Grace Curran,
4 Bronze – Grace Curran, Kevin Macey, Ella Gibson, Harriet Beckinsale-Smith.
Six 4th/5th place finishes! William Slack, Louise Bassett, Lilly Partridge, Riley Spencer-Nice, Harriet Lygoe, Sophia Boulton
A few special mentions, great shooting by Grace, who won 3 longbow medals over the weekend, 2 at junior level and one in the senior tournament!
To Ryan Faulkner shooting compound, representing England in a victory over the other home nations competition, recording a good score and turning a slow start into a winning performance!
To Emily Summers who won 2 silvers in the Barebow competitions.
Ella Gibson made a great start to the weekend with victory in the BACK2BACK Tournament.
Lastly to our fast emerging compounds with Harriet, Lilly, Jemima and Louise all shooting well in their first event of this size!

Club Open Mini Field League – 3 Divisions Announced
Following 3 rounds of completion over the last 6 weeks, the divisions, comprising 12-15 archers, have been formed. The early leaders are:
Division 1 – Terry Davies from Chippenham Archers followed by Paul Hawker of Cleve Archers
Division 2 – Susan and Adrian Woodward from Newnham Archers
Division 3 – James Hendry and John Craigie both from Deer Park
