Eva Jefferies

My names Eva and I’m 9 years old (Written August 2024).

I got a toy bow and arrow at Christmas when I was younger and I loved it. So my parents booked me into a trial session at a Haven Holidays place, I had so much fun and was pretty good at it; so for my 7th birthday (2022), they booked me a beginners course at Deer Park Archers and I’ve been shooting weekly since then.

I am now 2x National Outdoor U12 Barebow Champion and current County Champion. I shoot for the County Team and have also been sponsored by Wales Archery Specialist. I have recently reached Elite Master Bowman classification.

The coaches at Deer Park have been amazing supporting me.

My bow is called Midnight Sue (I learnt on a club bow called Sue). They have both helped me out really well.
