Well done to one of our members, Paul Twaites who has made it to the individual semi-final matches on Friday. Paul is also a member of a team that has qualified for the bronze medal match again on Friday!
The highlights are likely to be on BBC2 at 7pm. Good luck to Paul from everyone in the Club, he has already done us proud! Also congratulations to Dave Sandles in coaching Paul from day 1. Dave is one of Archery GB coaches at the event.
Purchase of Land 11th September 2014
Great news we have just given our solicitors the instruction to complete the purchase, so we should be the proud owners of a fantastic field sometime today!
Well done to everyone who has helped with fundraising, structuring the club to be able to take this important step and all the detailed discussions and preparations to complete the purchase!

Well done to Lucy for a great weekends shooting!
On the Saturday she recorded the highest score at the Junior Inter-Counties, 1390 on a Metric and she shot at St Kingsmark on Sunday, entering a Ladies FITA round. She came second on the day, scoring 1307, achieving an overall PB, and at the 70 & 60m distances, and equaled her PB at the 30m distance.
This was all the more impressive, as she still had to aim above the boss to reach 70m.
