20 juniors and 9 coaches spent Sunday afternoon having a great time during a packed programme of serious 1-2-1 coaching, team building activities and some individual and team shooting challenges.

For many of those present it was their first time at this type of workshop, the feedback was excellent and the final challenge was to identify events for the rest of the year which was fed back to our junior reps.
All the team building activities went well with the most popular being ‘hungry hippos!’

With such a wide range of experience it was a challenge for the coaches to pick 4 teams that would all be competitive in a succession of challenges and a final round of h2h shoot offs but on a perfect day, any of the teams could have won, right up until the final event!

This type of workshop is open to all juniors and is a great way to enjoy themselves and get to know others in the club.
