The club has had 2 field courses before and both of those were good but they were not ours, the terrain is excellent and there are lots of opportunities to develop the course into a tip top facility more than capable of running record status events in the future.

However our current course design is focused on increasing participation both within the club and to encourage members of local clubs who would like to try field archery to come along and give it a try, develop their confidence and skills and then to take participation in field archery more seriously.

There has been a lot of time and effort invested in creating phase 1, lots of steps and bridges across Normans Brook. We need to continue the work developing the pathways and clearing the brook. There are a lot of dead trees that need taking down and logging up. We have just purchased one hundred sand bags to fill and place in certain positions around the course to build up the pathways.

Currently choices from 10m to 60m.
