That little extra makes a big difference!

What is the difference between a good club and a great club? What is the difference between a good team and a great team? The answer is team spirit and that just does not happen, it has to be nurtured and there is an essential ingredient: members who are prepared to give something to each other. The good news is that we have it in ‘Spades!’

To keep it moving in the right direction, last week we ran 4 team building sessions on the low ropes for our juniors and the evening out after the junior inter-counties was also great fun.

If you want to see team spirit then check these photos out.

County Clout Championships – Sharing success!

Unfortunately this was the same weekend as the Junior Inter-Counties so we were unable to support the event as much as we would have liked. Well done to Mavis Reynolds from Cheltenham Archers for arranging a great event. Well done to John Craigie & Ian Pearce for getting Tassle Awards & to John for winning a good trophy.
