Lucy Mason has become the latest member of Deer Park Archers Juniors to join a National Squad! She joins Tom Howse and Liza Hadley who are part of the Recurve ‘World Class’ Programme.
Lucy has had a fantastic outdoor season, breaking more than 10 National Records, at the age of 12 represented the County Senior Team in the Inter-Counties Championships this year and is a finalist in the Gloucestershire Media Young Sports Personality of the Year later this month.

Liza joined the ‘World Class Programme’ just a few weeks ago and recently enjoyed her first weekend at Lilleshall, Tom is well established on the programme and his progress is impressive.
All 3 have benefited from the Club Development Centre Programme and the good news is that hopefully there are more on the conveyor belt! All 3 help at after-school clubs and community events and Tom & Liza are both L1 Coaches. They are an important part of the Club’s 19 strong coaching team that are so key to the progress of the club and its members.
